Charles Da Ponte
Illustrator

Charles studied architecture at the National University of Asunción (Paraguay), and visual arts at the Institute of Arts also in Asunción.

He has been working as an illustrator since 2001 for the independent cultural weekly newspaper "El Yacare". Charles was awarded the Pindu Prize for the Visual Arts in the year 2002. At present he works as a freelance illustrator for numerous educational editorial houses and graphic design companies. He has also illustrated various publications edited both nationally and internationally.
